The Logistics Administrator supports the smooth operation of the company’s logistics functions by assisting with reporting, logistics billings, customer communication, and warehouse data processing. This role suits a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative, numerical, and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Data Management

  • Assist in compiling and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Monitor KPIs and support management in data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate database records and ensure timely data entry into logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Customer Billing and Invoicing

  • Prepare and issue logistics customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy in billing data.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and liaise with the finance team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for all billing transactions.

Client Support and Communication

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries related to logistics invoices.
  • Provide timely, professional updates and resolutions to clients.
  • Support service level monitoring and customer satisfaction efforts.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Processing

  • Assist with processing needed on the Warehouse management system.

Ad Hoc Projects and Administrative Support

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process development.
  • Assist management with project administration, reporting, and documentation.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required within the logistics and operations departments.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within logistics, transport, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or related systems preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
