A growing international organisation is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support its specialist product distribution network across multiple European locations. This role involves coordinating shipments, working with third-party storage and logistics partners, and supporting internal sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound supplier shipments
- Manage inter-branch stock transfers and shipment tracking
- Liaise with logistics providers and resolve customs or transport issues
- Maintain accurate stock records and support reconciliations
- Support internal teams with operational and customer queries
- Assist with improving shipping and operational procedures
- Provide general operational support as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain
- Experience in secure, regulated or high-value goods sectors is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
