Type: Part-time, permanent, office-based (16 hrs a week)

An established Dublin 13-based services business is now seeking a talented and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive (Business Developer) on a part-time basis. You should have a proven track record of generating new business within the B2B environment within the local market. This role will be office-based and will involve working four mornings or afternoons a week, totalling 16 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Identify client needs and pain points and articulate how the solutions can address these issues effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in Outbound B2B Telesales within the local market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
