The role encompasses a wide range of activities and accounting responsibilities including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. On-site Training will be provided for all aspects of the work. If you'd like to work in a nationally recognised business with global clients and great projects, this might be of interest. Key Tasks and Responsibilities.                       

*             Weekly Payroll for up to 100 employees - Sage Micropay experience beneficial                               

*             Processing Creditor Invoices & preparing Debtors Invoices                                

*             Assisting in the preparation of Month End and Annual Accounts                                 

*             Assisting Accounts Manager with ad hoc duties                                  

*             Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems                                

*             Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties.                                                                         

Candidate Requirements                                                                    

*             3 + years' experience working in a payroll role                                    

*             Excellent Computer Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.                                  

*             Qualified Accounting Technician or similar desirable                               

*             Knowledge of IT System Administration a benefit                                 

*             Ability to analyse and interpret data to allow an informed     conclusion                              

*             Work with IT Technical staff and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the IT systems                                                                                                       

Terms:     Full time, permanent
Salary:     €33k-35k DOE
