The company offers both national and international freight forwarding services, contract logistics, storage and warehousing solutions, as well as air and ocean freight options. Additional services include supply chain management, order fulfilment, and national distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods by road, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

  • Manage road freight shipments across domestic and international markets.

  • Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with trade laws and regulations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, customs, and internal teams.

  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and proactively manage any issues or delays.

  • Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and logistics providers.

  • Address and resolve operational issues such as delays, damage, or lost goods.

  • Evaluate and recommend cost-effective transport routes and carrier solutions.

  • Monitor and assess transport costs to support budget adherence and cost efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and clients.

  • Ensure all road freight operations are executed in line with company processes and service standards.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in coordinating road freight shipments within the local market 

  • Strong understanding of logistics documentation and customs procedures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

  • Proficiency in using logistics and shipment tracking systems.

  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
