Senior Air Freight Forwarder

We are looking for an experienced Senior Air Freight Forwarder to join a growing logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, take ownership of air freight operations, and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international air freight import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and process MAWBs, HAWBs and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with airlines, customers, overseas agents, hauliers and customs.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
• Handle quotations, customer queries and time-critical shipments.
• Ensure accurate system updates and compliance with company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and international partners.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in air freight or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight import and export procedures.
• Experience with MAWBs, HAWBs and shipping documentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
