We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the efficient and compliant movement of materials across a busy and fast-paced operation. This role covers end-to-end supply chain activities including logistics, procurement, inventory, and planning, ensuring continuity of supply for both production and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transport, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Manage shipping, customs, and export documentation for international movements
- Act as main contact for logistics partners, handling daily shipment planning and issue resolution
- Create and manage purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and prevent supply disruptions
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate ERP data
- Support warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with internal teams on order updates, delays, and resolutions
- Track and report on supply chain KPIs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transport processes
- ERP system experience essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full right to work in Ireland
