Key Responsibilities:

Schedule job bookings for road freight movements, including full loads, multi-drops, container transport, and abnormal loads.

Process and file proof of delivery (POD) documentation accurately and promptly.

Maintain up-to-date records on job sheets, delivery schedules, and driver communications.

Act as liaison between drivers, clients, subcontractors, and other operational teams across regions.

Ensure fleet availability and assist with compliance monitoring and planning.

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, invoicing, and report generation
Requirements:

1–3 years’ experience in a transport or logistics administration role, ideally within road freight or fleet scheduling.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and logistics or transport management systems.

Familiarity with driver hour regulations, tachograph rules, and road transport compliance.

A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
