Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule job bookings for road freight movements, including full loads, multi-drops, container transport, and abnormal loads.
- Process and file proof of delivery (POD) documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records on job sheets, delivery schedules, and driver communications.
- Act as liaison between drivers, clients, subcontractors, and other operational teams across regions.
- Ensure fleet availability and assist with compliance monitoring and planning.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, invoicing, and report generation
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a transport or logistics administration role, ideally within road freight or fleet scheduling.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and logistics or transport management systems.
- Familiarity with driver hour regulations, tachograph rules, and road transport compliance.
- A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
