Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our order fulfilment function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service expectations for a key client. The successful candidate will be hands-on, people-focused, and confident managing daily warehouse activity in a fast-moving environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day order fulfilment activities, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality, accuracy, and timing standards.
• Manage, coach, and support warehouse operatives to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy, addressing issues as they arise.
• Act as a point of escalation for order-related queries, resolving issues professionally.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and health & safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Background in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience in a team lead or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with fluent English.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle issues calmly and effectively.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure.
