Our client, a well-established Irish Freight Forwarding and Logistics business are continuing to expand their team and are seeking to hire an experienced Airfreight professional; this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the Aerospace Team in the role of Airfreight Forwarder.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Air Export & Cross trade activities
- Prepare quotations, bookings & data entry.
- Shipment monitoring, tracking, and tracing.
- Responsible for billing.
- Communicate daily with customers, overseas offices/Agents, vendors, and suppliers.
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
- Ideally has 5 – 8 years Airfreight experience.
- A proven track record in a similar role and environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as working well as part of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Influential & negotiation skills.
- Microsoft suite proficient.
- Self-motivated, target driven and ability to work in a face paced environment.
- A qualification in management/project management is a distinct advantage.
- An excellent focus on our customers, consistently providing an excellent level of service.

Package:
€35000 - €45000 DOE + Annual Profit Share
