€36,000 + Bonus & Benefits

This customer-focused role plays a key part in the global transportation of the customer's goods as they make their journey around the world.

Your Role:

  • Maintain good working practices to ensure that departments run efficiently and with professionalism. 
  • Be aware of the importance of following the Good Distribution Practice for Pharma products.
  • Complete Export Documentation and ensure compliance for all destination countries in line with each country’s specific rules and regulations. 
  • Ensure all the documentation is 100% accurate before the departure of goods from Ireland. 
  • Liaise with customer and other internal groups to ensure smooth orders hand over to carriers. 
  • Provide 100% quality customer service to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.  
  • Proactive participation and adherence to the company’s QSHE system. 

Skills and Experiences:

  • At least three year's freight forwarding experience.
  • Excellent customer service ability and experience.

Full time, permanent
