A Major Irish Transportation, Logistics and Warehousing company, providing services to several major national and multi-national clients, are seeking Production Operatives for their busy plant in Limerick.
You will be taking instruction and reporting to the Production supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Working on Scheduled production jobs on production line.
- Working on complex assembly work.
- Filling out necessary information on Job sheets.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Warehousing of finished products
- Keeping the facility clean and tidy
- Working with all Company Quality, Health & Safety, and improvement objectives.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing and Good Document Practices (GMP/GDP)
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in an FMCG, fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment with demonstrable and transferable skills is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable commitment to safety always
- Attention to detail alongside ability to perform repeatable task over a prolonged period
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
- Problem solving ability
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Solid computer skills
