Our client, one of the market leaders in Freight Forwarding now seeks to hire a Key Account Manager for their offices based in Dublin 18.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Develop our Global Accounts
- Pricing / Procurement / Contract Negotiations
- Managing these accounts in co-operation with our Global Offices
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience within the Freight sector with substantial experience operating in a team environment.
- Experience in a fast paced operations environment, objective setting, including the establishment and monitoring of SLA’s/KPI’s.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with clients, suppliers, sales team, management and team.
- Leaving Cert or equivalent, ideally with a third level qualification.
Terms:
Full-time/Permanent with potential to be Hybrid working model after probation period completed
