Leading global logistics provider now seeks a Logistics Coordinator to provide excellent customer service & daily operational support to the team. This is an exciting role which is both varied and challenging. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service/account management support, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Manage assigned shipments from origin to destination, liaising with various departments both locally and globally
- Process shipment documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Efficient management of system event tracking
- Ensure your work is compliant with all processes and maintain a high focus on Health & Safety
Minimum Requirements:
- 6-12 months experience in Freight Forwarding Industry, exposure to airfreight an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Team player with can do attitude
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are important
Terms:
Full time, permanent, site-based working Mon-Fri from 08:00 - 16:30 Hrs
