Established International Freight Forwarding group are now recruiting a Senior Airfreight Sales Executive. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will look after the Munster territory.
- Identifying and evaluating prospects to win new business, primary focus on Air/Ocean shipments.
- Identifying new opportunities with existing customers
- Setting manageable weekly visit targets in agreement with Sales Manager.
- Build relationships and communicate with agents worldwide
- Support the internal sales team and operations where necessary
- Follow up on unsuccessful quotations
- Maintain a high level of customer service and adhere our values.
- Conducting market research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
- At least 2/3 Years of relevant airfreight forwarding and logistics sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
