Position: Technical Administrator
Location: Dublin South
Our client is a compliance company that specializes in collecting and disposing of regulated substances and they are looking for someone with chemical experience to join their Administration Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with transport team members with regards to drivers' weekly schedule
- Set up chemicals jobs in the system for the next day's collections (create/print/compile paperwork)
- Coordinate with sales team members with regards to purchase orders/prices on the jobs
- Create sales dockets and coordinate with stock controller in order to have the stock ready in time for next day deliveries
- Keep a record of purchase orders from customers
- Maintain communication via email/telephone with customers in order to receive the correct order for collection/stock delivery
- Compile paperwork for next day collections/deliveries
- Create chemical products in the system according to the waste acceptance codes
- Create chemical classifications and assist sales team members on how to assign waste acceptance codes
- Assist transfer station team members in logging in the received waste whenever in necessary and requested
Requirements
- Must have previous experience with Chemicals or an educational background with chemicals
- Must have previous Admin experience within the logistics and supply chain industry
Type:
- Full-time, Permanent, Site-Based, Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours a week) (Start and finish times are flexible)
Salary
- €30,000 - €35,000 per year (DOE)
