Our client, a well known Transport company based in Ballymount are looking to recruit an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a transport/warehousing operation, be an effective communicator both written and verbal and have high level IT skills as complete operation is digital.
Duties & Responsibilities

Tracking trailer movements
-
Checking supplier documentation against loads
-
Liaising with subcontractors
-
Briefing drivers
-
Preparing shift handovers, and measuring KPI's
Minimum Requirements
-
2-3 years transport planning experience working in a busy environment
-
Team player and problem solver
-
Excellent communications and numeracy skills
-
Strong PC and administration skills.

Good time keeping
-
Ability to work in a structured manner adhering to timetable requirements.
