Our client is a well known Logistics company based in Dublin North now looking for a Customer Service Executive (Transport)

This role is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 
Travel to other sites may be required at times. Own Transport is Essential 

The Role:

  • Manage a number of Key Customer Accounts with KPIs and performance reporting
  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers
  • Deal with calls from customers and drivers and assist in their enquiries
  • Handle customer shipment tracking enquiries in a professional manner
  • Relay customer service queries and issues to related teams and follow-up completion
  • Completion of data within the in house systems in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Quotations from direct & indirect customers
  • Customs clearance / shipping documentation
  • Organise collections & / or deliveries with suppliers / hauliers / partners
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers when applicable

Terms:
Full time, permanent

Package:
€27 - €30 DOE
