Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Warehouse Operative to join the team in Dublin 13. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing stock, picking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Check for damaged or missing items and sort stock for storage in the warehouse.
- Transport goods to the appropriate storage space.
- Maintain careful records of stock on the warehouse management system to facilitate quick location of items.
- Operate a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock, ensuring products are stored safely and labelled correctly.
- Pick orders from the storage space and bring them for packing or to the loading bay for transportation.
- Ensure orders are packaged and labelled correctly to prevent returned orders.
- Organize transfers and load goods onto delivery vehicles.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse as part of the daily routine.
Minimum Requirements:
- Forklift licence is required.
- Driving Licence is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
